Four equipment ranges, one recycling line
JIACUI builds size-reduction and separation machinery for solid waste and scrap cable processors. The catalogue is organised into four ranges because most plants buy them in a sequence rather than as single machines: material is pre-shredded, granulated or pulverised, then separated into a clean product stream and a secondary stream that can be sold or pelletised.
Nothing here is a stock item. Chamber dimensions, blade configuration, screen size and separation stages are specified against the material you actually receive, which is why the same base model can be delivered with different drives and throughput figures.
How the ranges fit together
- Copper wire granulators — dry-type cable processing, from compact single-machine units for a few hundred kilos an hour up to a 900–1,000 kg/h production line. Output is copper granules plus separated plastic.
- PCB and e-waste pre-processing — double-shaft and single-shaft units that reduce whole assemblies and cable bundles to a size downstream separation equipment can handle.
- Shredders — the general-purpose range, sized by chamber and blade diameter, used as the first stage on mixed industrial waste, plastics, wood and bulky scrap.
- Pulverizers — fine grinding of thermoplastics into powder for rotational moulding, masterbatch or densified feedstock.
Specifying a line rather than a machine
Send us the material mix, the throughput you need per shift and the site dimensions. We size the first stage from the bulkiest item in the feed, the second stage from the hourly target, and the separation stage from the purity your buyer asks for. Where a single machine can do the job, we will say so rather than quote a line.
Frequently asked questions
Can I start with one machine and add stages later?
Yes, and most customers do. A granulator or shredder bought for the first stage can stay in the line when a pre-shredder or a second separation stage is added later, provided the drive and frame are specified for the final throughput at the outset. Tell us the end target when you order.
Do you supply installation and training?
Commissioning support, operator training and spare-part supply are included in turnkey projects. For single machines we provide layout drawings, wiring diagrams and remote support, and can send an engineer on site when the installation calls for it.
What certifications do the machines carry?
CE and ISO certification is standard, with CSA available for North American projects. Electrical components are ABB and Siemens, and control systems are PLC-based.
